(PCM) continues to add charitable organizations to its roster of philanthropic endeavors. The team identifies homes that are in disrepair and helps homeowners with a demonstrated need for financial assistance. Their first project was the home of Lake Forest resident, Patrice Munday. Munday and her daughter regularly volunteer to find lost pets in the neighborhood.

Ultimately, PCM’s goal is to help homeowners love where they live.
